Every Nation Auckland City Facility Terms and Conditions
The Every Nation Auckland City Facility is available for use under the following guidelines and conditions.
General Conditions of Use
When using the ENAC Facility, the following must be observed:
- Organiser/Leader should submit booking request through the ENAC Central Booking in Elvanto. It is his/her responsibility to adhere to the Guidelines
- Take proper care of the venue and ensure no damage occurs
- Ensure noise levels are kept to an acceptable level at all times
- Alarm Code, Access Tags & KEYS – WILL BE EMAILED TO THE ORGANISER/LEADER UPON APPROVAL OF THIS FORM. Please note that if the Access code is to be shared to another person, a written permission from the ENAC Executive Manager should be secured first. Unauthorised sharing of access code would mean termination of facility hirage effective immediately. This this will also impact any future booking request by the requestor/leader/ministry.
- Parking –Basement Car parking is on first-come-first-served basis; park only on designated areas; It is the responsibility of the Leader to ensure that the Car park is secured before and after the scheduled Ministry or Church event/activity. Please ask for assistance on how to get the access code and door remote control from the lockbox (at the basement carpark entry point)
- All Chairs & Tables - stack chairs and returned where found
- Hired equipment - Please make sure all hired equipment are tidied away and returned to their place
- Furniture & Couches – Must not be removed from the ENAC Lounge Central, along with the other equipment/devices/fixtures without permission from the Executive Manager and Pastors; Must not permit animals into the ENAC Central premises other than guide dogs, registered companion animals or official NZ Police animals. Take note of the original arrangements and ensure that everything is in place accordingly after the event.
- Kitchen – Dishes and utensils – Please make sure that all used dishes and utensils are washed and put away; Sink area – wiped and dry; Rubbish – TAKE THEM HOME (No rubbish should be left in the ENAC facility); Cleaning materials, rubbish bags are inside the cleaning cupboard. NO COOKING. Re-heating of food using the microwave is allowed.
- Vacuuming - Please give all areas you used for your function a quick vacuum/sweep. (Vacuum & sweeping broom/dustbin can be found in the kitchen area)
- Clean Toilets – Please make sure to check that toilets are clean and in good state before you close up.
- When Closing – The Organiser/Leader should Ensure - All Air-conditioning units are switched off. All lights are switched off. Rubbish are taken out/taken home. Main door is locked. Detailed procedure of locking up the building can be found here:

HEALTH AND SAFETY
- It is the responsibility of the Leader/user to ensure the health and safety of all persons attending their event. Please refer to the ENAC Health & Safety Manual from this link for the process and hazards registers. This should be conveyed to all the attendees. At the commencement of the hire period any hazards should be reported immediately to Every Nation Auckland City.
- In the event of a fire, the Leader/user must take the role of Chief Fire Warden and ensure that all participants are out of the building and safely moved to the assembly point (‘Cul De sac’ in front of the Karaka Office building).
- ENAC is a smoke, alcohol and drug-free facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the ENAC Central premises at any time. It is the Leader/User’s responsibility to ensure that it remains smoke, alcohol and drug free at all times.
IMPORTANT:
OFFICE AREA and any area that looks like an office is OFF LIMITS, unless prior agreed upon by the Executive Manager. Please respect that this is an area where a lot of the administrative church work is poured out. The Administrative staff would appreciate if the group could refrain from coming beyond these areas.
ACCESS CODE shared to another person without the exclusive written permission by the Executive Manager, will result in an immediate termination of facility booking. This will also impact any future request by the requestor/leader/ministry.
WRITTEN WARNING up to Suspension of user or group would be given to users who will not adhere to the set Guidelines. After 3 Written Warnings, ENAC will exercise the right to ground or suspend the user/group from booking the facility, until further notice.
